Our Policies

Reservations:
All reservations must be guaranteed with a Visa or Master Card before confirmation can be made.

Cancellations:
There is a $50.00 cancellation fee for any cancellation. If you cancel within 15 days prior to arrival you will be charged the full amount.

Cleaning Fee:
We have a small cleaning fee, which is added after rate and applicable taxes.

Pets:
Two of our Smoky Mountain cabins are pet friendly and you must bring your own bedding for your pet and they have to be in crates when you are not there. The pets are not allowed on the furniture of in the beds.

Smoking Policy:
Our cabins are all smoke free. We provide ash trays for you to smoke on the deck.
